Guest guest Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 This meets the counting rule of 4 or more essentials in the red, which indicates a high probability of mercury toxicity. Guest guest Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 I was not sure because technically only 3 went into the red, the fourth was on the line. This one was magnesium. She is 4 and has been on Brainchild Spectrum Support 11 for 4 or 5 months. Would she be in the 97th percentile for this prior to changing her diet and supplements? I am nervous to chelate if she may not have mercury but only a hair test that is showing screwed up elements due to malnutrition and high levels of supplements. Has anyone else encountered this? She is a high level austic almost 5 year old girl who is 33 lbs and a very picky eater. She never ate anything except dairy products and bread products prior to starting the gfcf diet 7 months ago. We have seen good improvement. Now she eats more food but still does not eat very many vegetables or meat except deli ham. I also give her a calcium supplement and protein powder but most of her elements are very low. Thank you for any recommendations. Jen > > This test meets the counting rule of 4 or more in the red.
