Guest guest Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 I've been getting frustrated lately over the lack of progress with my son (3.75 years old). It's mainly receptive and expressive speech that I'm concerned with. I'm still not really able to have a conversation with him. (It's like talking to a ~3 year old level or lower). I've been doing ALA every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday including nights. Anyway, I decided to give him ALA (25 mg capsule from Kirkman's) every 3 hours in the daytime (but not overnight) for the past 5 days. I see some definite progress! I had fluke days before where I think, this is it, this is the turning point. But this now the progress has been consistent. And it really seems like he's understanding more and asking question more, and making comments. I understand giving it everyday is supposed to be bad as far as redistribution. But I figure it would give a far greater chance of getting mercury out of the body than just on the weekends. Has anybody else tried this? I thought I'd try it for at least 3 weeks in a row, and give it a break for 3-4 days, and start up again. -Joe --------------------------------- Stay in the know. Pulse on the new .com. Check it out.
