Thanks, Dana, is there no way to tell the difference between viral die off or

allergy?

Concerning my dgd's bumps underneath the skin, would this be either also? The

bumps were just under the skin on one of her forearms and itched horribly, but

went away when we withdrew the OLE.

Also, if you are eating protein it would have all these amino acids in them,

right? How is it that the amino acids from food would not interfere with OLE

but supplementing the amino acids would?

Thanks for helping me figure this out, it's clear as mud to me.

>>someone wrote that you should not be on any amino acids while using

OLE which was confusing to me as there are amino acids everywhere.

The amino acids glycine, lysine, histadine, and cysteine (including

n-acetyl-l-cysteine) may interfere with the action of one of the

components of Olive Leaf Extract.

> However, I itched horribly for about 6 hours after taking the OLE.

The last time I took it I broke out with a horrible read rash on my

forehead and of all places, my nose. This time just the itching.

This can be an allergic reaction, or viral die off.
