Site update

My son's update: Well, I had hoped to write an update page for my

site, but ran out of time. We are going camping this weekend, so I

don't know how much internet time I will have before we leave on

Friday. But basically, I have removed all supplements from my #2 and

#3, and so far things are going very well. Hopefully I will have more

info next week when I return from camping. I hope everyone has a very

nice holiday weekend.
