Guest guest
Hi , We use Ester-C (hopefully it's an OK form?) in a powder. I find it really easy.... I warm up a little water in the micro, mostly to dissolve the magnesium (which is also in a powder and the powder suggested making it into a tea, so I tried warm water). I dump in the magnesium and Vitamin C - I've taken to doing this once in the morning and using it through the day. Then I put in honey or agave nectar or whatever sweetener you use - melts nicely because still warm, and then apple juice and water. This makes it taste just like " juice " (to me too), because the Vit C / mag take away sweetness but don't add flavor other than a bit of sour. Are you chelating? What I decided to do is save the Emergen-C for chelation and give it every 3-4 hours (same thing - I would mix up 3 packets in the morning in a glass of juice and pour from this glass all day). Then it is a special treat for a time when he needs a little special treat anyway and breaks up the monotony of apple juice (or orange or whatever). I think the problem is mainly when you give it on an infrequent schedule. Stroyan www.empathic-discipline.com Click here to email me directly: <mailto:lstroyan@...>lstroyan@...
