So I don't really understand what you would DO about the problem of some viruses sustaining themselves on peptides and I also don't understand why removing the larger peptides (gluten, casein, soy) wouldn't be a more permanent solution. And not surprisingly, same with n. I'm moving towards LOD at the moment, partly because it explains a possible reason why SCD seemed to work at first and then yowza a disaster: in the beginning he was getting mostly meat and vegetables and some fruit. Then I started baking with almond flour, which is about as high in oxalates as you can get. But I'm interested in the peptide theory too. Not that I really understand what a peptide IS.
