Guest guest
If I remember correctly, there is only synthetic E in Spectrum complete, you need a good natural vitamin E. If you want to post the ingredients in the Spectrum Complete we might be able to tell you more. [ ] Prechelation supplementing questions We are on Spectrum Complete. I divide his daily dose into two, and give some in the am and some in the pm. He recieves additional zinc at lunch time and before bed. Extra vitamin c at lunch, calcium at lunch. And probiotic is given twice a day. I am not sure how I can get him to take all the other stuff before we chelate him. He is healthy and does not have gut viral issues. Just the constipation from his lead poisoning which is in check right now with diet and probiotics. What else does he absolutely have to have in order to chelate safely? I am just getting lost here in the list of things and giving them four times a day??? =======================================================
