Guest guest Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 My son is four and newly diagnosed...and like you all we are dealing with the obsession with things...with it's cartoons and cartoon action figures. (especially toy story so I'm thinking he maybe a Pixar animator some day!) ) Anyway sometimes he'll leave a buzz lightyear in the van or something and he freaks when he remembers where it is...and will not rest and goes nuts screaming head banging etc untill I drop everything and go get it or help find it. My question is, do I give into this? Or do I teach him to wait..CAN he be taught to wait?
