Hi ,

When you applied for your child did they ask you if you charged them

living expenses? If so, what did you tell them? They told me that

you couldn't charge them living expenses until after the benifits

started if they had no income? If you'd like to email me privately

Hi Lindy,

All I know is that it is based on the parents income until the child

is 18. Check the following website for more information. Maybe

someone else on this list has some good information that can help you.

Both of my children with AS are on SSI. They have been since age 18.
