dosing instructions for OoO and OLE

I'm sure this has been posted before but I cannot find it. What are

the dosing instructions for OoO (oil of oregano) and Ole (olive leaf

extract)?

My ole comes in a capsule form, is this what everyone uses?

My OoO is a liquid, drops. Do you put a drop or two under the tongue

or put it in juice and dose that way?

I'll e-mail you what we do, but OoO tastes terrible and burns. So we put our

drops in the empty Houston enzyme capsules.

I used capsule OLE. I started with 250 mg [1/2 capsule] for a week or

so, then increased to 500 mg [one capsule]. I used this as anti-viral

for several months.
