It is a drag, I hate it too. One thing that happens here is usually we can

find something he really likes that he can eat a LOT of. For a while that was

pears with peanut butter. I do try to offer plenty of different safe foods and

occasionally he will fill up on it even if if's not his favorite.

His twin sister who is not on the spectrum and is " typical "

doesn't like meats much either and neither do their cousins who are

about the same age.

Lots of little kids don't like meat because it is difficult to chew. Could

you try giving him ground up meat? Hamburgers and ground up chicken made

into a loaf or nuggets or something. My son hates chewing meat (he's almost

7) but he will eat meat if it is easy to chew.

Are you using enzymes yet?
