Guest guest
We've found the best response to be rotation, of GSE, followed by OoO and then OLE. I was recently able to go a month in between rounds, very exciting, but alas, we are back on the rotation. Guest guest
Sounds interesting... what is your protocol.... weight, dosage, frequency, etc. Pam At 12:50 AM 5/27/2004 -0700, you wrote: >We've found the best response to be rotation, of GSE, followed by OoO and >then OLE. Guest guest
The bottles labels will recommend adult dosage. For us, for the brand we use, and for our particular needs for my son we use 2-3 drops OoO and 4-8 drops OLE. But that is his limit, for his particular issues. We just added one drop every 4 hours or so until we found his limit. Requires a lot of observation, especially because a lot of these kids can't articulate what they're feeling. I started the drops at the same time, so I'd know what he was feeling in a general sense. As an adult I take 4-6 drops OoO and 8-12 drops OLE. But then my bacteria issues aren't as severe as my son's and no lab shows any viral issues for me, but perhaps the OLE is doing something different in my system. I try really hard to keep in the forefront of my mind that kids aren't mini adults, they are constructed way different because they are still developing. Guest guest
We use 2-3 drops GSE for three to four days. We then follow with 3-4 drops OoO for 3-4 days, and then end with 4-8 drops OLE for 4-5 days. A lot of it is dependent on where ph is physically and that is based wholly on observation. Not very scientific and all these kids have varying issues. When we went to the bulk form of the cellulose version of enzymes we had issues, but I'll say I believe that is what gave us that month's reprieve from the cycle. We are currently back on the rice version of enzymes and also recently back on the rotation, but I'm waiting for school to be out for the summer and then we are going to use the bulk cellulose version of enzymes at bedtime when he gets his monolaurin. He graduates tonight. I'm so excited. 3 years of a neurotypical pre-school and he has friends. Big difference from the child who hid under the table covering his ears that first few weeks.
