Hi all, we are about 6 weeks down the road on enzymes, using AFP

PEPTIZYDE and NOFENOL, everything seems fine, I have brought back

food containing milk ie cakes, biscuits etc, but am wondering could I

go so far as to give little one a glass of milk, I know I shouldnt

rush things, but so far in cakes etc he has been just fine and

wondered how far I could reasonably take it, as he is so short and

toothless I do wonder about calcium as an issue, he has been milk

free for about 3yrs, also can I give him his old favourite pasta with

tomatoe sauce, now he is on nofenol?

Thanks in advance

Vicky.

Could you not use rice milk or soya milk with added calcium just for now. If you

introduce milk too soon it may stress his body.I would leave it a few more

months just to play safe.

If you don't notice problems with milk products in baked goods, then

you can definitely try giving straight milk.

For my son, enzymes helped with milk, but if I gave it straight [as

opposed to as an ingredient in a baked product], it caused excessive

ear wax. So I don't give my son straight milk, but if it is in items,

I don't care.

That *should* be okay, altho my son did not tolerate tomatoes, even

with No-Fenol, until about round 70 of ALA chelation.
