These items tend to help in such situations: 1. epsom salts www.enzymestuff.com/epsomsalts.htm 2. magnesium www.enzymestuff.com/magnesium.htm 3. Feingold Program (or other food chemicals such as amines, sulfites, nitrites, benzoates) www.enzymestuff.com/dietsfg.htm If #1 or #3 above helps consider No-Fenol. This product helps this subgroup. Also for language and ADHD, consider a good essential fatty acid product such as Efalex, ProEFA, or EyeQ (not sure on spelling this last one). Enzymes in general might help too if other foods or digesive issues are causing the problems. But I would try the above first. .
Guest guest
I do every night if I have enough supplies (tricky here in UK). If they get too much they will just pee it out again. It would probably be a waste if you did more than 2 cups if you were doing it every night. The relaxing is good and makes for a good sleep which gives the body time to heal Mandi IIN uk Okay, now I have even more questions. Okay for the Epsom Salt bath it says that some people can handle 2cups, if my daughter can handle more than 2 cups, should I increase it? How often can I give an epsom salt bath? Right now my kids do it 2-3 times a week, can I go for 4 or 5 or even as many as 7 in a week? Right now the times that my daughter does it, I have seen no changes in her except that it does relax her if she is having a hyper day. Guest guest
Okay I bought a bottle of Magnesium with Chelated Zinc, is that okay for use to use? Each tablet is 133.3 mg of Magnesium and 15 mg of Zinc. Since the vitamins we take have 100 mg would the kids be safe in taking 1 each and me taking 2? If not, can I cut the tablets in half since they are not scored and if so, will they loose their effectiveness? In case you are wondering I am going to take them to battle the fatigue I have been feeling the last few months since finishing up my cancer treatments. jornmatt <kjorn@...> wrote: >>>> Also she is ADHD and ODD, is there anything I can give her that > might help her with this?
