yeast feeding foods

I have seen many replies to questions about specific foods or

specific types of BMs that indicated the food may be agrivating a

yeast problem. Can someone explain this in more detail? I am

wondering how one serving of a yeast-feeding food (such as a slice

of rice bread for instance) on a generally non-yeast-feeding diet

can result in several explosive diapers. Does the yeast/bacteria

population actually change significantly with one serving of food --

or does that sound more like an allergy?
