I generally pre-test supplements before giving them to my son. I

first used up a bottle of Kirkman's enzyme complete. I felt slightly

better than I had before. When that was done, I started Zyme Prime,

also felt good. Then I added AFPeptizyde. For me this was the

product that lightened my mood and increased my energy levels

significantly. I also use No Phenol for very fibrous foods, or

fruits, but I honestly can't say this has done as much for me (except

reducing gas - definitely worth something).

Ohhh Yes. I can tell immediately, the sluggish slightly uncomfortable moody

way I get if I don't take enzymes regularly. Of course zinc and DHA really

leveled things out for me, but without the enzymes I'm sunk. I think the

longer your body gets abused, must be the longer it takes to heal. Anyhow,

happy Mommy effect, not only from watching my little one do soooo well, but

also I'm not so manic anymore either. I miss some things, like being able to

function on 3 hrs. sleep a night for weeks on end ( think this is similar to

the high ph would get) from eating foods that amp me up. But 8 hrs.

sleep makes me a more reasonable person too. Not so quick to " take over " or

" verbally demolish " anyone. My spouse sort of likes that part.
