Wheat seems to be OK if it's not eaten every day, and oats are fine, so maybe it's not the gluten in corn that's the problem. So maybe not a very helpful answer! Guest guest
My son also reacts to corn and it appears to be the husk, not the interior. He can eat things containing cornflour with no trouble, but anything like whole-grain cornflakes, maize pancakes or - oh unthinkable - corn on the cob, has him with stomach cramps and diarrhoea within minutes and for forty eight hours following. All the food reactions I've figured out through trial and error. Nell
Guest guest
Nell, I'm curious to know if n was IGG tested for corn and if that problem showed up? Kari Re: Wheat and glutamine sensitivity (?)
