Guest guest
What if I just put the GSE on her instead of having her soak in it? Does it have to be washed off? I take it it doesn't hurt? Her Nystatin cream is working (itch is gone and redness is almost gone). One of these days I'll figure out what caused it. Thank you everyone who answered!! Becky > Many have posted that the redness is due to die off, and toxins/yeast waste leaving the system. The other day I upped the GSE and probioitcs because we seem to be experiencing a yeast set back, and sure enough my daughter got this. I tried something that seemed to REALLY help, which others had recommended. I put around 20 drops of GSE in a large plastic container (like for clothes storage), and had her sit in it for about 20 minutes. Sure enough it took the itch away for her. I'm not sure on the dose to use though. If your child can fit in a sink, I'd say do less than that for sure. > I'm assuming since it worked so well I can conclude it was die off, but that's just my assumption. > Good luck, > Kari > > red butt > > > > My daughter has had a red butt for almost a week, mostly in the > > front, and it itches at times. Don't use straight GSE, you will need to dilute it. But I have used diluted GSE for fungal skin issues. Dana
Guest guest
As Dana mentioned, not to be put on directly. But in regards to it hurting, no it didn't hurt her one bit.
