Guest guest
Thanks to all who suggested ways of gettin g our son to sleep - we have already in the past tried melatonin. it did work, but he tended to waken in the night, and sleep for a shorter time than when allowed to fall asleep later by himself. we really wanted to wean him off it. we tried 5-HTP recently for sleep and also raised anxiety, but it has seemed to knock him 'off' again, after a successful coupld of weeks using DMAE, which visibly raised his attention levels. testing says he is not high in yeast, but i am beginning to wonder if the test is reliable...he has itchy ears and anus right now. also, he has got really quite obsessed with a couple of particular video clips just this past week - i know this can be bacteria, and that did show as possibly raised on his test. any suggestions that will not completely knock him off for a week or so> he was up at 5am today, asking for the particular picture he wanted drawn on his magna-doodle for him to lok at. so much for me being delighted when he was asleep by 9pm with no supplements last night! julie in scotland
Guest guest
the best thing i have found for sleep is lithium as per my web page. http://mueller_ranges.tripod.com/links/compendium/compendium.html also sounds like he has yeast. zinc is the best thing for yeast but it needs copper and other minerlas as per 'minerals i take' if you think there is any other way you are welcome to that opinion but if there is only one road you are stuck until you take it > Thanks to all who suggested ways of gettin g our son to sleep - we > have already in the past tried melatonin. it did work, but he tended > to waken in the night, and sleep for a shorter time than when allowed > to fall asleep later by himself. we really wanted to wean him off it. > we tried 5-HTP recently for sleep and also raised anxiety, but it has > seemed to knock him 'off' again, after a successful coupld of weeks > using DMAE, which visibly raised his attention levels. > testing says he is not high in yeast, but i am beginning to wonder if > the test is reliable...he has itchy ears and anus right now. > also, he has got really quite obsessed with a couple of particular > video clips just this past week - i know this can be bacteria, and > that did show as possibly raised on his test. > any suggestions that will not completely knock him off for a week or > so> > > he was up at 5am today, asking for the particular picture he wanted > drawn on his magna-doodle for him to lok at. so much for me being > delighted when he was asleep by 9pm with no supplements last night! > > julie in scotland
