My NT son did something kind of like this when he was little. The doctor and I

decided it was a reaction to medication. I think it was maybe a cross-reaction

from two things he had that caused the problem. I remember how awful it was.

Hope your child gets better.

night terrors?

HI.

My 7yo ds(ADHD, many AS traits, Sensory issues, speech delay) had a virus

about 2 weeks ago. Low temp, stomach, headache cough. It ended up going into

bronchitis. He woke up one night scared saying his lego boxes were flying

and spinning around his room. The next night his ears were red and I gave

him 1/10 cap NF. He woke screaming and holding his head saying everything

was in fastforward. I stopped the new cold medicine and the NFand it didn't

happen again for a week. The dr gave him antibiotics and he was doing fine.

His last dose was on tuesday night. Last night he woke up screaming and

shaking about things getting him and everything was going real fast. He is

on AFP pep when he has milk and on DHA. No history of anything like this.

Needless to say he is terrified to go to bed tonight. Has anyone heard of

anything like this? Could it be viral related? Any advice would be

appreciated.

He has been on the pep for 1 1/2 years. He only takes it when he has alot

of milk.(icecream, glass of milk)It happened again last night but not as

bad.I don't think it's the pep but I am thinking of cutting out milk, pep, and

DHA .

Most medications caused problems for my son.

Many times, antibiotics will cause a yeast overgrowth issue

Drop the DHA, see if that helps.

My son needed Peptizyde and No-Fenol with milk, and it still caused

excessive ear wax, altho no other issues.
