Guest guest
i am taking about 1/4 of a capsule of solaray 200mcg GTF Chromium about every three days which works out at about 16 mcg a day for me at 120 lbs so 27 lbs would be .225 times 16 which is 3.6 mcg of chromium a day. so basically you want to give about 11 mcg every three days i think. the chromium picolinate form is no good, you want a gtf form. source naturals optizinc is the best zinc imo, you want to cut the tablet up though and give a very small amaount, say 1/8 of a tablet to start. the source naturals tablet as a small amount of copper in which may be an issue for some. however if you are giving zinc then at some point copper supplementation is needed as well as zinc seems to remove copper. copper sebacate while excellent for going into the right metabolic pathways has the yeast feeding or similar issues that inorganic minerals have and i am going to try copper glycinate and gluconate when they arrive. do you have a hair test? the amount of copper sebacate in the source naturals optizinc is not very much and wether its an issue or not i don't know. its a real pity becuse copper sebacate seem to feed into exactly the right pathways so there may always be a place for some amount in a supplement scheme > > > When my son is hungry all the time, it means hypoglycemia and/or > > yeast, but > > > mostly hypoglycemia.
