Alcohol on a Q-Tip works for my son. If you don't like the Q-Tip

idea, try remedies for swimmer's ear, they contain alcohol and baby oil.

, wax in the ear is from a lack of essential fatty acids- I

have heard several Dr. and biomedical people talk about this. I

think I have something saved in my favorites folder I will look. Ann

Hi Ann,

I would think this unlikely as takes plenty of fatty acids and it is

only in the one ear but I would be interested to see what you find for future

reference as I have not heard this explanation before.
