Everytime I give my son a very small dose of zinc ( in the a.m.) he wakes up several times at night. His hair test shows he's high in copper. Will the restlessness go away as the copper is brought down? Sharon K.
Guest guest
Sharon, the restlessness did go down as he adjusted to the zinc, but it sounds like your son is even more reactive than mine. Have you tried a few kinds of zinc? My son did terribly on the Now zinc picolinate, but he's doing very well on the LiquiZinc. > In a message dated 6/27/2004 12:16:26 AM Eastern Standard Time, > writes: > , when we began the zinc, we only used it in the morning in > case it caused sleeplessness.
