Magnesium Malate is a decent form to use ... popular choice for those dealing

with CFS. I've been poking around about magnesium for a couple of years now and

my thoughts are that nothing beats transdermal magnesium chloride, so that is

always a first choice.

iHerb ships to Canada and it looks as though they have a malic acid product.

I take other forms of supplemental magnesium but transdermal magnesium chloride

is the primary source. I also use magnesium taurate and at one time magnesium

malate but not so much with the malate anymore because I eat a lot of apples.

The beauty of transdermal magnesium chloride is that does not have to travel the

digestive system nor compete with calcium while doing so.

Once oral magnesium is taken and whatever amount survives the journey to the

special place where the body then must supply other resources to create ...

magnesium chloride!! So that it can then be shipped out to be used where needed.

it would seem, and I am wondering if malic acid would help in getting rid of

gallstones, which I think I have again.

(more)trouble. I will be starting milk thistle.
