Guest guest
> What did your son eat when he was at his most limited diet? To replace rice, I added back gluten with enzymes. So my son mostly ate chicken, wheat bread toast, crackers, rolls, [i had to buy wheat-based bread without artificials or corn syrup, which I found at one of my local health food stores], and I rotated thru foods which he did not tolerate but he did not have major reactions, like cashew butter for sandwiches, and a few other things. Fortunately, this stage did not last long. Dana
