- what my son eats

,

I forgot to add in the email I just sent that a lot of kids eat nut

butters, fruits, muffins made out of nut flour. You can do chicken

nuggets dipped in egg or oil and rolled in nut flour (even crushed

pig skins!) There's also a good and easy meatloaf recipe on the

pecanbread site. My son loved it the first few times, but wore off

it. I guess I fixed it too many times! :-)

Anyway, my son can't eat peanut butter, although it's a favorite,

because it gives him a bad stomach. He doesn't seem to tolerate the

nut flours either. Don't get me wrong - he loves nut brownies, but

they just tear him up. And if bananas didn't feed the yeast so much,

he'd eat bananas all day if he could.

There are several good websites out there. I really like the paleo

food sites, but we're just pretty limited with Noah's stomach

problems.

Best of luck,

Mom to Noah Partha, 29 months
