Guest guest
Hi, Regarding Doctor Simpson’s protocol for the use of EFAMOL EPO: if you can’t find the EFAMOL Marine, he recommends using the EFAMOL EPO with cod liver oil *or* salmon oil. I am using EFAMOL Restore with salmon oil from Schiff products–this product it has no mercury, heavy metals, or other toxic chemicals. The protocol of course, is to work up to 4 EFAMOL & one 1000 mg of cod/salmon oil slowly over the course of one month. It’s a long-term treatment, not a cure. I am halfway to the 4:1 dosage with no ill effects. Steve in Northern California <><
Guest guest
Steve, To my knowlege, the protocol is 4 efamol/one fish oil *twice* a day, not just once!
Guest guest
Anne, It is me who is using the Efamol. I just add 8 of the little 500mg gelcaps to the other 20 or so things I take at breakfast and don't think anything about it. It has been wonderful for me, since my depression of many years is gone. Even now, in an airplane-induced pneumonia-like relapse, I am very sick, but not depressed. I get Efamol from NEEDS. Guest guest
Hi; I'd like to add, it took awhile to get used to the taste. I started adding 1 tablespoon to my ceral in the morning. Puffed rice, rice dream, a handful of sunflower seeds and the Flax seed oil. I actually enjoy the taste a lot now. Even miss the Flax seed oil when I run out. Also, when I purchase flax seed oil I check for a pressing date and I do not keep it more than 3 months after opening it. As it oxidizes I find it develops a bitter taste. I haven't tried 8000mg, thinking about it. Best wishes, Fran Yildiz <ng2113@...> wrote: hi Anne, I was not the one who used Efamol. It was another friend but I don't remember who she was.I am using Flax seed oil.
