I have been reading about the viral issues with great interest, and

would like to go that route with my oldest son. I bought some Solaray

OLE at the health food store...does anyone know if that is a good brand?

How much and often do I use it? And this was in a capsule...I guess

with the word " extract " I was expecting a liquid, but didn't see one.

Is this common?

Any online resources for treating viral issues this way? This is all

new to me. Enzymes have begun to lose their effectiveness for Josh, so

I know there is another issue throwing things off somewhere but I don't

know what yet, and not ready to chelate. I know he had the flu,

pneumonia, and a host of other illnesses this year, so the viral theory

sounds interesting.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

M

Don't know. I use Natural Factors.

I started at 250 mg once per day and worked up from there. See my

site update message for current info.

Mine is powder in capsules.

Our OLE was the liquid form and we put the drops in an empty Houston

capsule. Dosing would depend on the potency and the child.
