Guest guest
Hi > Do you mean a tonic-clonic? >>Haven;t a clue How did it start? >>He was tried today, fell asleep in the lesson before it happened (highly unusual), was staring, wide eyed, hands shook slightly, he dribbled, lips went blue, teacher laid him down, cold hands and feet, tired after, called ambulance, chirpy on the way to hospital, refused obs apart form finger prick for nblood sugar which was apparently 4.6, subduded but OK when DH (grhhhhh) finally called me at work and I went to hospital. 4 hours later at my insistnec he was discharged. He has eaten every little today, two small fromage frias for breakfast, refused snack, 5 grapes and small bit of apple (common foods for him) about an hour before the incident How > was he this morning? >>>Same as usual before school although sleep pattern has been a bit up the creek for last few days - early wakening but going off OK at night Is he sick? >>>Nope New supplement? >>>Nope. Only thing we have done differently is started Speech & Langauge Extension CD (Listenign Programme) 2 days ago, he liked it so much he put the headphones back on after one track which I thought would be enough to start with and listened to some more. > > When is the EEG? >>>Anybodys guess, maybe 8 weeks. Is there any point ? He will need sedation for it which will affect readings. General treatment would be do nothing, including EEG, see if it happens again........... Have you done an EEG before? > >>>Nope > > Mandi
