Guest guest
Well, that depends. Is this new for him? Is it an increase in 'stimming'? Or if he was non-verbal, this might be very good? It is common that while the person is adjusting to enzymes, he might be more sensitive, dealing with more sensory input. Or adjusting to feeling better. Or die-off, etc. A little hard to say right off without knowing more about the child's disposition. It has been reported in the past though. What else is going on with your son since starting enzymes? .
Guest guest
We have this issue too though with increased screaming when excited. It seems worse since getting the sdc enzymes though stools are formed. The screaming is making me nuts. > Well, that depends. Is this new for him? Is it an increase > in 'stimming'? Guest guest
Yes, it is new, I mean he always talked kind of in a weird pitch but I wouldn't call it a high pitch. He is somewhat verbal. We can understand certain phrases he has and words he uses quite often. His speech is sometimes unintelligible. He has had a good couple of school days since we started the enzymes, no really major problems. I forgot to take his enzyme to school today, I had a doc appt for one of the other kids and waiting for my daughter to come home from preschool it slipped my mind, and they said afternoon was harder for him (after lunch.) His behavior seems to be better, not by any means perfect, but better all around. If I could just get him to stop " dragging me " after school. Sometimes I need to stand and talk to the teacher for just a minute and he will be pulling me away. It is a chore to talk, listen and contain him at the same time. He wants to be more independent, I wish I could let him. Dwan > > > Well, that depends. Is this new for him? Is it an increase > > in 'stimming'?
