Guest guest
Thanks for your response. Is n taking the No-Fenol for phenols or yeast or both? Thanks. We just got back my son's OAT. He has high arabinose, but it is the only yeast metabolite that is high... his stool culture did not show yeast. So... what do we do next? We started NF on Saturday, but we are doing just a little dusting on enzyme juice (1cap Pep, 1cap ZP, about 1/8 or less of NF) 4 times a day before meals... The way I understand it, the NF " digests " the yeast wall, allowing your yeast killer, or the body's natural defenses, to more effectively fight the yeast. If you take NF *with* food, the NF works on the food. If you take NF *without* food, it's better able to work directly on the yeast. If you're using a yeast killer, I think you use the NF about 20 minutes before the yeast killer. Hope that helps.
