I cannot find how to get to the previous page (to go backward).

I cannot find how to get to the previous message from the current

message.

I cannot find how to get the author to the messages back on my screen.

Did I mention I was computer and illiterate?

I know why they keep changing these things- it's got to be to get

stupid people like me to get off the boards.
