Guest guest
All good thoughts. We use the essential mineral magnesium in a wide range of forms: drops, tiny 1/4-1/8th teaspoons of citrate, to oxides which have fair absorption so hold water. We just do not see good Mg levels inside cells, and Mg is so good for inflammation as you guys know. jschaller@... www.personalconsult.com [ ] Chiro and constipation (and thanks to Dana and Valentina) Listmates, I wanted to share something that may be helpful for those of you whose kids struggle with constipation. I was told that a chiropractor can help with constipation issues and nothing else seemed to be working for my son (at 12 g of Vit C, 450 mg of mag cit, 800 billion of probiotics, plenty of balanced fibre, tons of exercise, and enough liquid to flood 6 or 7 diapers a day he was still constipated). I found a highly recommended chiro who had relieved a few kids of their chronic ear infections. One and a half hours after the second appointment he had a normal poop. And then two more the next day. After the third appointment he is having normal, formed poops. No more straining off and on all day with no results. I am overjoyed to put it mildly. I'm convinced given what was going on before that this new normal pooping schedule is not a coincidence. This is still early. We've gone for three visits in six days and this may not last. But I wanted to share the preliminary news anyway. What the chiro does is not painful. Quite gentle. Anita Thanks to Dana and Valentina for the OLE dosing numbers. I'm going to try to ramp it up just a bit. =======================================================
