Don't a lot of people mix it in iced juice for their kids to take to school? >>>They can but just not in their pot because taking it in and out for use may give rise to condensation. Its a moisture thing not a temperature one. Once thet wet, keeping them cool in the fridge or freezing them is fine Mandi in UK

I pre-mix supplements into peanut butter and honey, if we will be gone during the day and I won't be around anywhere to mix the afternoon dose. It works fine for my one child that still wants his supplements mixed. Enzymes should be effective for about 4 hours or so. Dana
