Guest guest
Hello, with my son's gut under seige from yeast and clostridia, I have once again been looking into coconut kefir. Sheryl posted the other day that she used goat milk kefir with coconut oil to help with her son's high clostridia. I have been looking at the Bedrock site again, and it just makes total sense to me that kefir is a " missing " piece to help heal our kids guts. They also firmly believe that autism's underlying issues are antifungal AND antiviral, and believes that at some point in recovering our kids, we need to address the viral aspect also. Kefir helps to work on both. So, in addition to exploring Sheryl's goat milk kefir, I want to learn more about making kefir from young green coconuts. I have the directions at home, however, I am not an expert around the kitchen. It would be SO cool if anyone lived around me doing kefir....I do know how to plug in a blender! Finally, I was told that Sharon on this list is a kefir expert...if you read this and want to reply privately (or here), that would be fine and very appreciated. Then, when I give my son his first kefir shake, I will do Dana's dance and yell....Yeast be Gone! Kim
