Guest guest
Sorry, know that has been posted many times, but which do you give first or second? We tried GSE before, couldn't see that it helped the yeast, but trying it again. TIA,
Guest guest
Good Morning! I think Nell and Dana might give them both at the same time (though maybe Dana uses Candidase). We have been giving GSE after Candidase (i.e. giving candidase with Virastop). Generally I give them at the same time. It's probably better to give the Candex/Candidase/NF ten or fifteen minutes earlier, but that's not so easy to manage, and giving them together seems to work fine. Guest guest
Is it ok to give the GSE on an on-going basis? As soon as I stop the GSE and Candex, it seems like the yeast/bacteria start to come back. We're only giving one capsule of the GSE a day (trying not to overuse it) and the Candex we give 2 capsules, 2x a day on an empty stomach. My son can't tolerate probiotics yet but we're continuing to try different brands to see if one will work. The GSE works on bacteria, too, right? Thanks, Sharon

Try giving GSE along with Candex [i used Candidase and now use No-Fenol]. The combination was VERY effective for my son. Dana

I have given GSE daily for periods sometimes more than a year. >>The GSE works on bacteria, too, right? Not in my experience. I use OLE for bacteria.
