Guest guest
well all i know is the lotus or soland brand here(australia) works. i put a couple of spoons in a glass and mix with a touch of water into a thickish paste(put in fridge) and take a teaspoon after breakfast and lunch and maybe dinner(just wondering if its high protein content interfers with the brains uptake of tryptophan at night?). it has to be worked in the mouth to mix with syliva to minimise digesability issues. spirulina on balance i am not happy with. > Hi , > > I stopped by the local health food store to get some whey powder to > try. Not a big selection at this store. They do carry SPIRU-TEIN > whey protein powder with spirulina.
