Hi

We got a nasty die off on commencing Brainchild, scared me whitless,

cognitive regression the whole lot. explained that BCN is targeted to

bring

the whole pH of the gut back into line and felt that was why Sam had this

reaction. HIs advice was to back off Vits, double mins, wait a week and

introduce

again slowly. Worked a treat :)

Sorry, didn;t explain why - many gut bugs are pH dependant, they die when it

moves to the 'norm' from one or other extreme whic his what they grow best in

Has anyone ever really micro managed the PH level with the kids and feel it's a

good barometer of what's going on in there? I have some pee on a piece of paper

stuff I haven't tried yet. Forgot to ask the nutritionist if there is a right

time to test, like maybe the morning? Or maybe during the day it changes?

Just curious.

the pH of the gut and the pH of the urine will not be the same thing.

Alkalizing your body is very healthy but again, even if you do all the pH

testing

(urine and oral), you will not know the pH of the gut.
