>>> I get so ticked that these manufacturers put gluten in

EVERYTHING -

It would be nice if small amounts of corn syrup and soy weren't

in 'everything'. Or token amounts of artificial food coloring and

flavorings.

Yes, can we please just get back to real food! We also avoid corn

syrup, soy, artificial colors and flavors.

Yes! Dh came home with butter last week -- the package has a big logo saying

REAL but the ingredients say " natural flavorings " . In butter! Must be some

pretty foul milk if the butter needs to be flavored. Either that or the chemical

companies really have taken over the country.

Nell, How about this. I purchased from the grocery store Angus beef, hamburg

patties.

Fresh ones, fried them that evening and ate two. Twenty minutes after eating it

my

boobs began hurting like my period was coming on. Could only be the estrogen

they gave the the bull? Don't know, but it affected my hormones and I will not

eat

them again.

Some other search I did revealed that some farmers are selling their farm

animals

before the wait period. Meaning when these animals get inoculated with

antibiotics

they can't slaughter them right away because if we eat them it can cause very

serious

health problems. Even neurological damage. Same with the hormone injections I

imagine too. I have too many bad thoughts when I enter the grocery store now.

Not to mention fast food restaurants.

When we were traveling last summer I took my own homemade ketchup with me in

my pocketbook....but finally had to order steak for the kids because of some

*horrible reactions to hamburgers, MSG I guess. Would one of you high-energy

people open a restaurant chain that serves real food? Please?

Corn syrup and artificials!!!!

I still won't buy regular syrup and jelly because they are more than 50% corn

syrup. My son tolerates these things now, but I still

don't like giving it to him.
