Guest guest
I'm not so good at explaining stuff, its in my head but it doesn;t come out well LOL. The gut flora consists of yeasts and bacteria's. We need them, good ones, they help process foods and vitamins and all sorts of stuff. What we don;t need is overgrowths of one or the other or the nasty types of each. There are good and bad of each type. Many of our children have parasite overgrowths too I like Biocidin which is supposed to address bad yeast, bacteria and the parasites. We don;t have a UK supplier now the Nutricentre has stopped stocking it. I buy mine direct form the US. Its expensive but a little bottle lasts ages and ages as you would only use a maximum of about 9 drops per day and thats a big dose. It tastes and smells awful. The old formula is heavy on the garlic, the new advanced one is heavy on the oil of oregano. You can read about it here www.biobotanicalresearch.com BioKult is supposed to address bacteria's, yeast and parasites, CUlturelle is good for fighting bacteria for many too. These are both probiotics which work by providing 'good' bugs which push out the bad guys. Does that make sense? LOL - I hope thats right coz thats what I've ben working to.......
