Guest guest
I have started experiencing pain in my knees and elbows. I had my right knee looked at several years about and they said the cartilage was wearing down but now all the other joints ache. If I sit for long points with my legs bent, my knees are awful. My family has a history of arthritis, my grandfather has had problems since he was 20 and now at 80, his legs are shot. Sorry long story but I don't want to start taking an RX at 35 so I am hoping some of you may know of a more natural supplement etc that I could try. Guest guest
joint difficulties seem strongly associated with disrupted sulphur biochemistry the standARD HERBAL REMEDIES ARE GLUCOSAMINE SULPHATE and GLUCOSAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE BUT DON'T TAKE THEM EVERY DAY. AMALGAMS ARE A NUMBER ONE SULPHUR CHEMISTRY DISRUPTOR SO IS LOW SELENIUM > I have started experiencing pain in my knees and elbows. I have this problem, plus no cartilege in one knee. Not fun, is it? Certain foods can really set it off, you can try keeping a food journal so you can see if that might be a problem for you. HNI enzymes have been helpful, altho not for all the foods. Dana
Guest guest
, This is exactly my husband's situation. He runs about 5 miles a day for his asthma, plus his family has arthritis. About 2 years ago he started really complaining even about going up and down steps. He was really concerned because he needs to continuing running for his lungs. He (finally) started taking the Peptizyde and about 2-3 months later found his knees no longer really hurt, and stairs were find again. It didn't completely erradicate the problem but he only takes enzymes with meals. If he took them between meals too, I bet it would get even better. He also uses some of the MSM/chondroitan cream which I think is supposed to help rebuild cartilage. It is available everywhere. Again, my husband only puts it on the joints once a day when running. He saids it helps some. So with the cream and enzymes, he is doing fine again for now. I was talking with the enzyme guy at Thropp's Nutrition yesterday about this. He told me about some research on blood coagulation blah, blah, and said if my husband would take 2 (not 1) enzymes with proteases before running it could help with the circulation. He said they measured that some coagulation reduced by 95% after taking the enzymes. And these were plant-based enzymes, not the pancreatic ones. So I passed that along and we will see if it helps. Proteases are used extensively for joint/arthritis pain. Wobenzyme N is used for this too. I can send you some studies if you like. . Guest guest
Ojibwa Tea, enzymes and probiotics are all excellent for arthritis. I experienced such horrific pain in my shoulders, and was losing feeling in my arms, it would start with my pinkie finger and pretty soon whole arm would be numb. Doctor said I was tearing the soft tissue in my shoulders. And early stage arthritis, my Mom has arthritis of the spine (ankelosing spondialitus) and my grandmother has rheumatoid arthritis, so I thought oooh great now it's my turn. Turns out the inflammation in the joints ( called arthritis) is just a build up of toxins. The Ojibwa Tea and enzymes are natural ways to break up and flush out the toxins that are stored. The probiotics just help them flush all the way out, you don't want them just recirculating. My grandmother, mother and several friends have stopped their prescription meds for the arthritis with these products, by the way the prescriptions often damage other organs (liver, etc. ) and they only treat the symptoms, not the cause. My pain has completely disappeared and my hands no longer swell with the different times of day. Hope this helps. Advice on Joint pain I have started experiencing pain in my knees and elbows. Guest guest
Dana, I never would have thought of the food connection. I will have to start keeping a log and see what might be causing it. Thanks! & Re: Advice on Joint pain > I have started experiencing pain in my knees and elbows.
