Eileen - Can you tell me what the ingredients are in I Can Eat That pizza crust? I have a friend who wants to know if there is any sweeteners or sugar in it. I am VERY VERY excited about pizza that I can eat!I'm also wondering whether you know if they'll be making the pizzas on dedicated stones/pans/whatever to keep them from getting cross-contaminated.

This is so cool!(BTW thanks for the email, I will write you back soon!)

All our products use honey for a sweetener, no sugar. We do also use eggs and yeast.

As far as the cross-contamination you would need to call them on that. I believe there is a separate pan, but don't know about the cutting board.
