The first North Bay R.O.C.K. party will be held Saturday, September 30th, from 11:00am - 2:00pm in Sebastopol, an hour north of San Francisco on Highway 101.All gluten-free individuals and families from the North Bay and beyond are welcome. We have families with kids of all ages and adults without kids. We hope to provide support to families in Sonoma and Marin counties, and we welcome others who don't mind driving up from the Bay Area, over from Napa, or down from Mendocino or Lake Counties for GF fun and community.We'll have a potluck lunch with lots of delicious gluten-free yummies. We will provide the drinks, cups, plates and utensils, etc. Please bring a gluten-free food to share. We will try to have ingredient information on every dish so individuals with other food sensitivities can eat safely. This will also be a peanut-free event.We will have plenty for the kids to do, including an apple pressing. We will chat, network, exchange ideas for restaurants, stores, health care, etc., and EAT!!
