Guest guest
Hi:A few years back when I first started trying to manage my gluten-free diet after having been diagnosed, I found all turkey I ate, made me *very-very* sick with a reaction. I've assumed - all this time - Turkey is an absolute no-no for me.Is there something in turkey that does not agree with Celiacs? Does Turkey have gluten in it?I seem to be fine with all other meats and seafood. Why is turkey different? Is there a brand of turkey out there that works well for Celiacs (if this is a Celiac problem, that is)?I would love to hear your thoughts.Happy holiday season,Louise Louise Audell art + designlouiseaudell.com (415) 863-1533
