Guest guest
i also cannot eat turkey, no matter how gluten free... my mom went to a lot of trouble to get GF natural turkey and i got sick every time. Then we switched to cornish game hens. Now I don't eat meat, so it is a moot point. > > Hi: > > A few years back when I first started trying to manage my gluten-free diet after having been diagnosed, I found all turkey I ate, made me *very-very* sick with a reaction. I've assumed - all this time - Turkey is an absolute no-no for me. > > Is there something in turkey that does not agree with Celiacs?
