Guest guest
I went to a Women's Expo today to see my personal hero, FlyLady, and stayed to hit the booths. I hit the jackpot! There was actually a gluten-free bakery giving out samples! Mariposa Bakery - they only make biscotti and brownies, but it's really good. One of the reps said they are considering adding to their selection - I suggested chocolate chip and/or "oatmeal" raisin cookies. I ended up buying two boxes of the biscotti. Then on the next row my friend had gotten a ways ahead of me. She came running toward me with two bags of tortillas in her hand. La Tortilla Factory has started making GF wraps! Two varieties of teff - light and dark. They had samples and they were quite good. They said today was the first time they had been unveiled and that they would be in supermarkets in two weeks. There were also several booths giving out samples who knew what GF meant. And I got an Envirokidz rice bar too! Happy day! Trudy
