using (is there a website)?

Hi Marilyn,

Yes! I'll be starting my 4th year of educating our children at

home. :) My 8 yr old dd is entering 3rd grade (and doing 4th grade

Math and Science) and my 4 1/2 yr old ds is halfway through

Kindergarten and is already halfway through first grade math (he

LOVES Math)...Plus, K12 (the curriculum we use) helps me teach

everything in a fun way utilizing several different

teaching/learning styles.

The wonderful thing about homeschooling is that you can move as

quickly or slowly as the child needs. PLUS, it's MUCH easier

working with diet/supplements/chelation/... without having to worry

about all the things that can happen when your child is away at a

brick & mortar school.

You'll see all kinds of helpful information at www.k12.com (The

photo that you'll be seeing at the website changes if you sign on at

different times throughout the day). It's a superb curriculum!

There's even a " k12 " support group where those who are considering

the curriculum as a supplemental or as a full educational option can

go to as well as those who have already implemented the K12

curriculum.

Feel free to write me privately...

Best wishes,

Gretchen

Hi Marilyn,

I am also home schooling. I am using K-12 program,

through virtual school. I am getting it through a

school dist. in Kansas. I know the cirriculum is a

good one, and they provide everything from computers

to books and workbooks, along with art supplies and

science materials. We have a counselor who is a

teacher, that works with us for testing and placement

issues. It is the best thing we have ever done! The

kids are less stressed and the government dosen't have

control over them. I pay enrollment fees and that is

it!! E mail me directly if you have any questions.

God Bless, Debbie
