RE: end of summer/Napa Valley food

While in the Napa Valley,

stop at Gordon’s Café in Yountville.

They have a super yummy Salmon salad with

sesame ginger sauce.  The owner was really nice and took the time to find me

something I could eat, and modify it so as not to make me ill (hold the

noodles).  It’s on Washington

Street, toward the end of town (North), a small

green building off to your right (if you are driving North), across from the

service station.

Anyone have big end of summer plans?

In a few weeks, I'm heading up to wine country for a huge party a

friend is throwing. My best friend will be coming down from Canada and

will join me. That's the extent of it for me. No kids to prepare for

school...well, except my Mum who is a teacher!!!

This weekend I'm heading to the SF International Gift Fare at Moscone

Centre - I'm really excited and plan on spending my work bonus. I'm

one of those crazy people who is already preparing for the holidays

and will go with a big list of presents to buy.

So what's everyone else up to these days? It's been quiet here.
