message from good earth about GF pizza

I just received this reply back from good earth when I emailed them

to see if their GF pizza was subject to cross contamination- I

usually get mild heartburn when I eat it, but sometimes I get that

due to spicy food and not just gluten. I couldn't come up with the

right words to answer his question, so maybe someone else can

suggest something or email him

It is timely for us to have that asked, but not necessarily in

regards to GF Pizza.

The answer is our gluten free pizza it is NOT free of possible

contamination.

If I could ask you though, how serious this is for you personally?

There is a tremendous push for our natural food industry to

understand this specific issue.

Most do not see the contamination issue like we have learned to see

the peanut cross contamination issue.
