Guest guest
Hello All, I'm the owner of 'I Can Eat That' and it was great to see old friends once again as well as make new acquaintances at the Stanford Celiacs Conference last Saturday. My wife Eileen and I really enjoyed the full day of educational information and the variety of 'safe' food. As for our pizza crusts, they are gluten free, corn free, soy free, casein free, and nut free, but packed full of great taste. I don't know if Pizza Rustica dusts with corn meal/flour, but they are usually very accommodating for any special needs or requests such as yours. FYI - At this time, only the Pizza Rustica on College Ave. in Oakland is carrying our crusts, but with growing demand and customer requests, they would be willing to also keep it in stock at their other locations as well. We have even, on occasion, ordered our GF pizza from Rustica because sometimes there is just no substitute for the professional pizzeria sauce and ovens. Yummm! And regarding our website, it is obviously still underdevelopment and, quite honestly, has taken a bit of a back seat to other things since we are not selling on-line or shipping direct. HOWEVER, we certainly understand the value of providing basic product information and maintaining clear communication with our customers so we will be re-energizing our efforts to make the website more user-friendly and giving the information you deserve. Thank you for everyone's support and we welcome any additional questions or comments that you might have regarding our products or company: info@... Ithink the owner is on this list but I'm not sure. Their website has no ingredient (or even product)information that I could see.If is its corn free, do they use the exact same crustat Pizza Rustica (and does Pizza Rustica 'dust' withcorn meal? Corn CC is not a deal breaker if they dobut I'd need to know to ask them not to for us)?Thanks!__________________________________________________
